Information We Collect

HoodRisk may collect account information such as email, display name, profile image, and an OAuth provider identifier, together with service usage, credit-ledger activity, billing records, security events, device information, and technical logs required to operate the service.

Authentication and Payments

Google may provide verified account profile information when you choose Google sign-in. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; HoodRisk records payment status and transaction references but does not store card details.

Public Blockchain Data

Blockchain addresses and transactions are public. HoodRisk may index, store, label, and analyze public blockchain data to provide its products.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to provide and secure the service, enforce limits, prevent abuse, improve analytics, process subscriptions, and communicate with customers.

Retention and Security

Information is retained as needed for service operation, security, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. HoodRisk applies reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.
